This is related to http://feedback.omelett.es/pages/tactile_crm/suggestions/143301-unified-search which is being considered at the moment. Can you add the comment there and vote and I will remove this one!

This is how we typically search our customers. With caller ID we could have their account pulled up before they even told us why they were calling. This would be a great help.
