The more I’ve seen of Tactile the more I’m being sucked away from Salesforce, the interface and usability isn’t really doing it for me over there. But it would be brilliant if Tactile was integrated with one of the UK’s most popular online accounting packages, Freeagent. Any chance!? Pretty please!

I would also like to see the ability to attach files to these templates, such as sales brochure pdfs

Having HTML email would also be a great addition. I can then style the text, add linked text and also track all emails that I send out (using something like Google Analytics for example to measure clicks on links)
