This was rolled out last week.

At the moment there are no specific plans for this, however we are looking to update search across the application. Details are at http://senokian.uservoice.com/pages/tactile_crm/suggestions/8265-allow-search-on-more-fields and it might be worth adding your requirements there.

I’m afraid this is not a feature we plan to add as it requires a complete rewrite of the system for deleting, only admin users can mass delete items by tags, normal users would have to visit each record individually to do it.

This has been completed and deployed – you can edit this in the admin area of Tactile CRM
