You can choose different views of the opportunities from the opportunities tab, the dashboard is just a timeline of recent activities. If you wanted to pull out just a list to display in the office check out http://www.tactilecrm.com/api

BTW, I have been thinking about this option. Won’t it be possible and easy to add something to the admins drop down menu like ‘recently added by X’ or ‘organizations assigned to X’
