        When was testing to see if file attachments make it through, I thought it didn't at first - because when you look at "latest" section right at top, with the content of email, it doesn't show the file attavhment. Later, I was scrolling further down the page, under "History" for some other reason, I found the original post had the file attachment shoring there.

        A file upload should actually be it's own "latest" because that's an event in and of itself - almost definitely will require a review by someone.
