Ability to track time against tickets
It would be good to be able to track time spent working on a particular issue. Not sure the best way to do this however.

Hi, I have just signed up for a Free Trial version of www.smarter-crm.com – Does anyone have experience with it? It seems very easy to use and has a very nice look, and is less than half the price of all other hosted CRM systems. Please let me know if anyone has experience with Smarter CRM.

Hello Paul,
This would be of interest and use to us, only if it worked with our already existing Freshbooks billing system (i.e. bringing over clients/projects everything onto the Resolve side). Duplicating this information would be catastrophic.
