Ability to track time against tickets
It would be good to be able to track time spent working on a particular issue. Not sure the best way to do this however.

Text formatting in ticket replies
Allow simple formatting in ticket replies.

Modify ticket 'update' to return to ticket summary page
Its really bloody annoying that when you have it updated a ticket you then have to click to go back to the summary page. Once i have updated I need to get on with my life and get onto the next page.

allow people to close/set ticket status from the dashboard
It would be great to be able to close off tickets from the dashboard - say if a response is received saying 'thanks this is sorted' or a ticket is obvious spam. Would save several clicks through to a ticket.

Colour coding of rows in the ticket list based on status with the option to select the colour for each status.

Automatically add email signatures
It would be great if you could set an email signature in your preferences and Resolve would automatically attach it to emails when sending ticket responses.
