The list views should provide more useful information, according to specific needs of the user, not just contact info etc.

In various views many items are displayed in a list (for example: opportunities), but how many exactly? A total being dispayed would help ... Also pls facilitate the sorting of lists on collumn headers

When viewing a Tag containing contacts, add two options in the "I want to" menu (top right): 1. Set permissions for all these Organisations 2. Set permissions for all these People Tese take you to a new "Set permissions" page containing the same options a "Do you want to set permissions for the contacts you import?"

You can send email via Tactile, but it would be great if I could set it up to check my IMAP account and receive email as well. If the sender is recognized as an organisation then the email would be added to that client page. If it is a non recognized email, then you would be able to create a new organisation/person based off of this email address. It would be much better than having to forward your received emails from your email client like Outlook or Mac Mail over to Tactile! -Josh

I need to have the contact's title in my activity report each week. Right now I have to export the activity report, delete all previous week's data and add the contact title manually.

When I head out into the field I would liek to print a report of all the customers I have on the schedule for that day. Include COntact and address info - notes, and latest activities.

With Android having roughly double the market share of iOS, I am surprised to not see a version of TactileCRM that will display properly on Android - No Android app, no mobile version, and not one request for it. Am I missing something?

Set a default probability on a sales stage, so as the sale moves up/down the stages the probability automatically increases/decreases. Keep manual adjustment for finer grain control based around the default.

When I send an email from outlook to multiple people in the "to" or "cc" or "bcc" fields, it would be great for Tactile to pick up more than just one so it can assign to contacts. This is particularly useful when we send out group emails for interest and have to bcc contacts

It is a slow process to get a contact from gmail into tactile. Other products have created widgets in gmail to automatically create a new account in their app from gmail. This saves time and increases my use of tactile for a team and not just an individual.

When I'm working my way through my dashboard, and have saved my last activity, I want to move straight onto the next and having to move my mouse to the other end of the screen is a less efficient was of operating. Small point but it would make it quicker if it is on the left and not bit deal to change I would imagine?

It would be great if we could add tags such as [FIRST NAME] in an email template, and when we created an email for a contact based on that template, it would replace the tags with the appropriate information. For example: "Hi [FIRST NAME]," would become "Hi Bob,". This would make the email templates significantly easier to use as we would no longer need to edit each email to make them personal. It would all be done automatically. That's sexy.
