Weekly Activity Report

See totals of a list - filter
In various views many items are displayed in a list (for example: opportunities), but how many exactly? A total being dispayed would help ... Also pls facilitate the sorting of lists on collumn headers

inlcude account number in opportunities export
Right now when you export opportunities for analysis, it include organization name and Tactile's internal numeric identifier. Would be much more useful to include the account number (we enter manaully when org is created). That would make it much easier to merge Tactile info with internal data.

make Tactile quicker! Please make the animations quicker
The animations in Tactile are really nice, but a couple (I'm looking at you accordion side bar) are so slow they make me want to cry. Please make them quicker

associate zendesk emails to opportunities
you should be able to associate zendesk emails to opportunities as well as just people, this way you always have emails on the subject of a particular project to hand when you need them

include "created dates" in csv export
Would be great to include the created date on the exported CSV - especially for opportunities! This would really help with my sales cycle reporting.

Multiple web forms?
I'd like to be able to create mutliple forms that each integrate with Tactile. For example, I might have a unique form for each service I provide, as well as others that precede a download of a whitepaper.

Have tactile automatically remind me to get in touch with contacts after a set period
Hi think it would be a great help if the system could automatically prompt me to get in touch with clients that i have not contacted for XX period of time.
I.e i could set in my preferences that it would automaticlaly prompt me to get in touch every 4 weeks.

IE6 webform compatability

Allow me to send HTML format emails from within Tactilecrm

Multi-select for global changes
I just had to change my read/write permissions to a new group. I had to do it 1 at a time for 7 pages of stuff! For some things like archive, delete, change permissions, etc, let me check a box next to the opportunities, people, etc, and then do a global change.

Pipeline report should show probability * value amount vs full value in report.
Right now, no matter what the stage or probability, the pipeline report shows 100% of the value. It should take the value and only show the amount of money expected based on probability. It will be a much more useful pipeline report.

Change parent company for multiple organisations at the same time
I would like to be able to change the parent company for multiple organisations at the same time, as opposed to having to change them manually individually.

change the 'when' action date of an activity in one click from a drop down on the activities page

Integrate with Rapportive
Rapportive integration means:Tactile contacts in Gmail and add a new contact right from Gmail. And see the social media details of your contacts through "Raplets". Great App and great team behind it. They are likely to come up with plug-in for Outlook also.
