Auto-fill/suggest tags as you type to ensure people use the right spelling of tags
Right now the tags are freeform typing, so each person can do a typo or add a plural or not know how to enter something and create a unique tag. Have the tag auto-suggest like you have your global search do. That way tags can have more consistency and power for us.

Trash / Delete button on top level views
On the top level views for Organisation / People / Opps / Activities there needs to be a trash / delete button. My usecase is on import from Google Contacts, where every single contact is imported. I don't want all my contacts in Tactile and don't have an easy way to delete the ones I want to get rid of

Stop Spam at the Web Form
My web form gets hit by spam bots, and they all go straight into Tactile. Phone number is all 000-000-0000, email is a throw-away account, and a web link is in the note for SEO or Viagra...
A Captcha code would really help prevent that from happening, or stop the problem completely. It's dishear... more

add the job title when using the quick add form for a person
When adding a person directly to an organisation on the right, it would be nice to be able to add the job title there

Add an RSS for recent activity
it would be good if you could subscribe to an RSS feed of the recent notes/emails on the dashboard, as well as individual companies/people/opportunities/activities to keep up to date with what is going on.

Increase Name Fields for Classification drop down
I'd like to be able to add more then 25 drop down options for the Classification and Industry fields in the Organization tab. Would be nice if it were unlimited.

Fix Tab order on the Activities event fields
I prefer to use the keyboard for speed when filling in forms. When I add a new event activity I cant use tab to move between the fields because the tabs order is incorrect (I am using Firefox if this helps).

Physical and Mailing Address
I would like to see a place added where we can input a Physical and a Mailing address for the companies.

Option to Automatically populate person address with company address
It seems surprising that you cannot simply check a box to say 'use the main company address' when adding a person at an organisation, rather than typing out the address again, field by tedious field. Or am I missing something, and it's there already?

add additional custom fields to people
It would be good to be able to add in custom fields for 'people' or alternatively rename fields as one can do with 'organisations'. This would help to build more personalised profiles, possibly including things like hobbies and interests.

Implement re-assigning of activities
Allow reassigning activities, individually or on-mass to another user by someone other than the user (eg Admin). Especially useful when a person leaves or changes roles in the business. Currently only the person who has the activity assigned to them can reassign, edit or mark it complete.

Would be nice to edit/delete multiple people in list, reason is imported my address book and want to delete or add multiple people to one company.

Allow web form integration
Make a way for web forms to be submitted to Tactile CRM to auto create clients/leads/people/opportunities/activities for staff to follow up.
