Auto-fill/suggest tags as you type to ensure people use the right spelling of tags

Right now the tags are freeform typing, so each person can do a typo or add a plural or not know how to enter something and create a unique tag. Have the tag auto-suggest like you have your global search do. That way tags can have more consistency and power for us.

        Why not provide a list of ALL tags so that the user can click on the relevant tags to choose them - and like stated above not create a new unique tag.
