run reports based on my own custom fields.
I don't use the "opportunities" etc. But for our company it would be very helpful if we could run reports on our created custom fields. Also, to be able to run a report on contacts by country and by status would be nice.

I agree with Nathalie this is very crucial for our Organization as well.
