We use Google Apps for our domain. Emails sent through Tactile CRM need to be included in the relevant conversation in Google Apps Gmail. This could be accomplished by turning off Tactile CRM's built in email and adding a browser plugin to launch Google Apps Gmail when clicking mailto links. But, I have my browser plugins set to launch my personal Gmail account. I would like to be able to add my Google Apps domain to Tactile CRM and have Tactile CRM create custom mailto links that launch my Google Apps Gmail with the To and Bcc fields already populated.
And, I would like to be able to attach Google Docs. Which would provide far better integration for us, and save Tactile CRM money by having google host the documents.

You can already turn off the built in email client and if you have your browser setup to convert mailto: links to Gmail/Apps you can use Gmail to send emails.
