When making calls I often get asked for more information so it would be nice to be able to send a client an email based on a template (such as an introductory email) which is customised with the contact's name.

Also custom fields are in the pipeline (roadmap) so how about being able to create email templates with custom fields. For example I might want to have a template which has my client's customer number and the details of their web hosting.

A choice of person custom fields or organisation custom fields can be chosen (namespaces are useful here!) so I can include organisation info or specific contact info in the email template.
