delete duplicates
You guys need to remove duplicates or find a way to resolve duplicates. Sometimes the only difference is Upper Case vs Lower Case company name.
When importing, then tactile needs to update company / contact info, not duplicate it.
This causes more work than it is worth.

Import will attempt to de-duplicate and the mass merge will allow you to easily remove them
