Mobile / Iphone interface

Web workers need a mobile interface for their workflow. This is keeping us from changing.

Hi,

We are currently working on an iPhone app for Tactile CRM so keep an eye out for the release of that.

    I think having a mobile app is crucial for a CRM solution. How else can the reps quickly access the contact info on the road?

    I'd vote for either an Android app, or a mobile web version (an iPhone app is useless to me)

  3. P.S. On the dedicated app side of things, Android would be a good choice to support as well as iPhone, given the huge number of devices this OS is available on :)

  4. Would be good to have a mobile web version to complement this instead of just an app that's restricted to a single phone OS. Although still good to have an App - but only if it's going to work when there's no signal and sync later when there is (otherwise a bit pointless).
