Allow Admin to rename fields
There are a good quantity of fields, but they are not customizeable enough. It should be just as easy to change a field name as it is to change a dropdown option.

A specific admin access to manage staff usernames, passwords etc, rather than just access or not. The problem is contacts etc can not be added by Sales staff if not given admin rights. So to have a Super Admin for Management to make other changes without having to ask support would be great.
One other aspect I would want is to also Delete users created incorrectly. I have some usernames that were not correctly created and so just sit there.
Ya more than 20-25 would be nice

It would be nice to add more than 20 or 25 drop down names too - ie. under Organization > Classifications.

Please include custom fields or renaming of fields in Opportunities, as well.
I would particularly like to be able to rename, and ideally add fields to an individual contact (ie 'People') rather than an 'Organisation' page
