Only Admins should be able to Delete a Record

To protect our Data and stop accidents happening, only Admins should be able to delete records. If a User wants to delete a record they should have a button to click requesting 'Request Delete Record', with a quick explanation field.

    I’m afraid this is not a feature we plan to add as it requires a complete rewrite of the system for deleting, only admin users can mass delete items by tags, normal users would have to visit each record individually to do it.

        So what stops disgruntled employee destroying company info assets? Is there transaction log in cloud to unwind accidental or malicious destruction?
