need to enter 'cases' (not only opportunities) for followup
at the moment, we can only enter opportunites on the tabs, but there is no tab to enter cases that require a helpdesk style followup with the customer. ie after sales services issues.

if those who voted for this coul consider 'moving' their votes to here: http://omelettes.uservoice.com/forums/1133-tactile-crm/suggestions/287412-add-cases so it can get a higher priority.. its a waste to have the votes divided, its the same request, but more elaborate over there..
