  Currently in full testing mode of Tactile. So far, we like the simple interface, Mac-friendliness and stability. Vcard import worked reasonably well -- keeping the Notes (something that Zoho couldn't handle)

  Things we find frustrating:
  Would like to see a few counters (i.e. on the Tags, People, Orgs etc) so that we can see how many entries there are under particular tags / lists.

  And we find the screen view being limited to 30 entries in a list somewhat restrictive when checking long lists of customers/delegates. Would be nice to have option to view 50, 100, all entries for example. Or even an A-Z button option to jump to certain groups of names (rather than guessing how many arrows we have to click)

  Search functionality also seems limited (or rather sensitive). ie. if someone's surname is in wrong field then it would find it in first name.

  Also, system doesn't handle foreign characters very well -- ie. umlauts, grave, acute etc... These were all stripped out and replaced with "?" on various vCard imports. Quite frustrating to have to go in and tidy each individually (so a high-level find/change ability across all/selected entries would be useful tool to help correct this -- for Admin level users only)

  Tactile's Email ability is almost useless as we cannot add attachments, nor html easily... wouldn't be too difficult to add a basic html email client to it to at least make it functional. Or provide a better plug-in (two way) to Mac Mail, Entourage/Outlook...
