Allow Admin to rename fields
There are a good quantity of fields, but they are not customizeable enough. It should be just as easy to change a field name as it is to change a dropdown option.

Have the ability to make activities recurring
At the moment activities are one off events or to do's, I would love to have the option to make activities recurring, i.e. every month, every quarter, yearly.

Allow adding via email
it would be great to be able to create a company/person/opportunity/activity via email. Just add the stuff in the body of the email and it adds it automatically.

Email management - Receive email via Tactile CRM.
You can send email via Tactile, but it would be great if I could set it up to check my IMAP account and receive email as well. If the sender is recognized as an organisation then the email would be added to that client page. If it is a non recognized email, then you would be able to create a new organisation/person based off of this email address.
It would be much better than having to forward your received emails from your email client like Outlook or Mac Mail over to Tactile!

Search Companies and People by Phone Number!!!
This had been suggested before and was never completed. We need to be able to look up records by phone number and address. This is useful when we miss a client call and need to know who called. We have almost 300 records now on our account and this would be the only truly useful way of performing a search.

Allow Email Template Personalization
It would be great if we could add tags such as [FIRST NAME] in an email template, and when we created an email for a contact based on that template, it would replace the tags with the appropriate information.
For example:
"Hi [FIRST NAME]," would become "Hi Bob,".
This would make the email templates significantly easier to use as we would no longer need to edit each email to make them personal. It would all be done automatically. That's sexy.

Google Apps Email and Document Support
We use Google Apps for our domain. Emails sent through Tactile CRM need to be included in the relevant conversation in Google Apps Gmail. This could be accomplished by turning off Tactile CRM's built in email and adding a browser plugin to launch Google Apps Gmail when clicking mailto links. But, I have my browser plugins set to launch my personal Gmail account. I would like to be able to add my Google Apps domain to Tactile CRM and have Tactile CRM create custom mailto links that launch my Google Apps Gmail with the To and Bcc fields already populated.

synch with one google apps shared contact adresse book
Google Apps don't allow to share your contacts with other users of the domain. The dream : synch. Tactile with one "generig Google Apps User " under the administrator control. So you can record suppliers, leads, clients and have them in GoogleApps too.

Allow people to use their own URLs
It would be great if once you had registered you could point your own URL such as crm.mycompany.com to the service so that with the ability to change colours and logos you could brand the system for your own company.

enter values in 'opportunities' in var currencies ($, Euro)
we trade with many countries and would like to be able to enter a currency denomination for the value of the project like dollars, euros, gbp, chf and rupees etc.

Pull data from Campaign Monitor
I have used the integration with Campaign Monitor but all it seems to do is allow me to export contacts from Tactile CRM into Campaign Monitor (something I can actually do manually using CSV files).
I have now run my campaign and would like to update my CRM data with emails that don't work and customers that don't want to be contacted via email.
At the moment, that is going to be a manual task.

Allow Adding Custom Widgets in Side Bar
Want the ability to add html widgets to sidebar in people, organizations, etc.
In the same way Freshbooks info or Zendesk info shows up on the sidebar, I want the ability to add our own custom entries that could pull data from our own applications. It would also need the ability to access certain fields from the record (person, company, etc) that is being displayed.
This feature would be similar to custom widgets in zendesk.
The main benefits would be the ability to use Tactile as the central CRM system for all our operations. So, within Tactile, we can see… more

We would like to be able to add custom fields to the web form, i.e. fields that we have added ourselves on the organisation.

Set a default probability on a Sales Stage
Set a default probability on a sales stage, so as the sale moves up/down the stages the probability automatically increases/decreases. Keep manual adjustment for finer grain control based around the default.
