I have emailed george@tactilecrm.com and support@tactilecrm.com, four times in the last two weeks but no response to my query regarding adding an additional user to our Tactile account. I would appreciate somebody getting in contact ASAP.

Need to have the contact title in the export of activity data
I need to have the contact's title in my activity report each week. Right now I have to export the activity report, delete all previous week's data and add the contact title manually.

When logging external emails to an opportunity, I would like the person and company fields to automatically populate when the opportunity is selected first.

click to call on mobile devices
When using Tactile on a mobile device (blackberry) I find myself having to write down a number on a piece of paper, then type it back into the phone, surely a click-to-call feature would benefit mobile-users?

Sort/filter opportunities by Sales Stage
In the Opportunities view, I want to click the column header to sort by sales stage, so I can see everything I need to do, organized.

Have multiple addresses assign to contacts
When I send an email from outlook to multiple people in the "to" or "cc" or "bcc" fields, it would be great for Tactile to pick up more than just one so it can assign to contacts.
This is particularly useful when we send out group emails for interest and have to bcc contacts

email signatures and attachments
if you want me to email from tactile allow me to have a email signature per tactile user. or create a better gmail interface.
